My spider sense tells me Iggy won't force an election next week.

From the National Post:
Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff said yesterday he will make "a serene and clear decision" -- likely by the end of next week -- on whether to force an election this summer.

I don't see it happening for 2 reasons:
  • While the war chest is growing, the Liberals still don't have enough money to fight an election
  • We're in nomination season. I doubt the Liberals could get all 308 candidates ready to start campaigning at a moment's notice.
I could be wrong, but I see the fall as the best chance. Give the candidates the summer to have their BBQs and raise money, and pull the plug in September or October.
